Conference Registration fees

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Conference registration entitlements

Full registration:

Attendance at all Conference Sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea: Tuesday and Wednesday
Conference Dinner: Tuesday
Conference name badge and conference materials.

Day registration:

Attendance at all Conference Sessions on nominated day
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on nominated day
Conference name badge and conference materials.
Day delegates can purchase a ticket to the conference dinner during the registration process for an additional $150.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Office; email info@aceo.net.au. The Conference Office will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email. Any refund will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

  • On or before 7 July 2017: 100% refund, less an administration fee of $110 inc GST
  • On or before 4 August 2017: 75% refund, less an administration fee of $110 inc GST
  • On or before 1 September 2017: 50% refund, less an administration fee of $110 inc GST
  • After 1 September 2017: no refund.  However, you will be able to nominate a substitute for your booking.

Refunds paid will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

Dinner
Dinner bookings may be cancelled up until thirty (30) days before the Conference commencement date and will be refunded in full. After this time, no refunds will be made. However, you will be able to nominate a substitute for your booking.

All Conference Registration Fees and Additional Ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
